“Amazing” doesn’t even begin to describe our experience with Prescott!

As first time home buyers, using a VA loan, and coming from California to New Jersey, we had a lot of work cut out for us but Prescott was there every step of the way. To say that he went “above and beyond” is an understatement. He was always available, attentive to our needs and patiently guided us through this crazy market, to eventually securing our home! If you’re in the market for an agent Prescott is definitely who you want for your real estate needs.

"I would like to take the time to acknowledge prescott hill's exceptional service and level of care, empathy, and professionalism throughout my home searching experience. I was looking forward to purchasing my first home in an unideal market due to the extreme competition at the moment. I must have seen 100+ homes in several counties trying to find the one perfect for my future. Prescott has done everything in his power to communicate effectively with myself and listing agents, went above and beyond to check on me and also offered addtional insight in wisdom when i was discouraged. Prescott has taken the time out of his day to teach me about the market, more appealing strategies during offers, and more importantly - remained patient and never made me feel rushed during showings or making a decision. He understands the value of time, and will spend as much as needed to ensure you pick the place that feels like home before it becomes a reality. He truly understands how important these decisions are and offers an ear and advice during times you become overwhelmed or stressed, and has impactful motivation to keep trying on your behalf to show you that he's just as dedicated as you are during these transactions and searches. "Prescott helped me to sell my home and to purchase a new home. He was very knowledgeable about the area that i was interested in living. He is very detailed oriented and was very impressive when it came down to providing me details about the properties i was considering for purchase. He asked the right questions to see what i was looking for and he did his homework on all of the properties before presenting them to me, thus eliminating wasting time on properties that did not suit my interest. He is an energetic and enthusiastic realtor who will work extremely hard for you to get you what you want. His response time is amazing. He was also able to identify areas of concern in the properties and skillfully guided me to help me make good decisions. He has a vast knowledge of the areas in New Jersey and will research areas that he isn't familiar with, to give you the best experience. "My family and I were in search of a home for about a year (+/-) and we worked with a few agents who were good agents but had a hard time understanding our needs as a family. I remember searching for a new agent and finally running across Prescott; I just had a good feeling about him so I called him and asked if he would work with us and thankfully he accepted to. If I could describe Prescott in one sentence, I would describe him as the epitome of "We Will find The home, that's perfectly suited for You." The patience that he has and willingness to listen to understand our needs is what helped out a lot. He did a great job in narrowing down our options based on our criteria and we did multiple, searching all the way up until we all (especially my mom) found the house that made our jaws drop. Then he was just as excellent throughout the closing process. Prescott is very professional, relatable, persistent and much more. My family loves him, even until today. He's stuck with us now and is the Only agent in New Jersey that I plan on working with in future endeavors, I expect my friends and the rest of my family (both immediate and extended) to do the same. "Working with Prescott Hill in the purchase of our home was an absolute joy! He is the consummate professional! He works with patience, kindness and attention to detail.Whenever we went to look at a home, he didn’t just blindly try to sell us on it. instead, he genuinely looked through the home along with us - pointing out the things that were good, as well as the things that weren’t, or things that could become an issue down the line. As he did this, he also described any potential solutions or work-arounds for the issues, just incase we fell in love with the home. This type of support was invaluable for us as we shopped for our very first stand alone home. We never felt rushed or pressured.
